Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view from the personal terrace. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the center. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time, especially Fatma Nur who was an absolute angel.
The breakfast experience could have been better if there was more variety in the fruit selection.

The views from the top floor seating area were to die for! The adult-only accommodation was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was delightful. I even got to join a balloon flight over Cappadocia!
Staff barely spoke English and were sleeping at reception. The manager was incredibly rude and charged me extra fees.

The room with the balcony was very nice and everything else here was really good, although a couple of employees were not very friendly. Rewritten: the room with the balcony was great, and overall my stay here was wonderful, even though some staff members were not very friendly.

The rooms at Cakiltasi Evi Otel were really cozy and comfortable. I loved the soft and cool tile/marble floor in my double room, giving it a homely feel. There was also a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. I enjoyed the soundproofing feature, which gave me a peaceful and quiet sleep every night. The air conditioning was a blessing, keeping the room cool during the hot days in Goreme. I liked having a patio in my double room, where I could sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in my double room. I prefer using a traditional kettle, but I understand that others might find it convenient.
